The Kindle Fire is everything it promised and maybe even more. It’s kept me entertained for hours and I haven’t even gotten past the first 2 games I downloaded. However, there is one problem I’m having and I imagine others are going to have with this device. No, not just putting it down…….It has a small frame around the main screen (collects every finger print that ever touches it) but if your thumb is the least bit over that black frame and on the working screen it will lock the game or whatever you’re doing up. I’m a 5’3″ woman with a size 6 ring. I really feel for the men with the big hands who are going to have to juggle to hold this and keep their thumbs under control. Maybe a cover is the way to go…if it gives you extra dead space to hold on to. But I still love my Kindle Fire and don’t regret a day of waking up next to it!
